DFS band together with innovative communications organization Top Banana

Driving furniture retailer, DFS designated inventive correspondences organization Top Banana to lead a transformational internal communications project just as their yearly conference for 450 of the businesses store managers and leaders in 2018.

The group at Top Banana have been working intimately with the retailer, taking on a strategic and innovative job in building up a new inward correspondences brand and message. The point of the task was to join DFS plc’s four brands; DFS, Sofology, Dwell and Sofa Workshop with a new, all-encompassing group correspondences campaign as a feature of the business’ vital push ahead as a group structure.

They have worked hard to really understand who we are and where we want to be as a business that they now feel like an extension of our team. The work they have done on helping create and communicate our new group values and comms strategy has been a great first step in defining who we are as a business and how we communicate internally across the group.”

In December 2018, Top Banana managed with the retailers’ yearly conference, with Victoria Warehouse providing the perfect blank canvas space with its unique industrial backdrop.

The occasion welcomes 450 store managers and senior associates for a yearly business and methodology refresh, with Top Banana being in charge of everything from the inventive procedure, logistics and conveyance directly through to the video creation, venue management and post-occasion communications.
